This program is designed for hockey players 13 and under. If your player is 14 or older, they should join the Elite Off-Season Training Program instead.
This program is built to be done at home with minimal equipment. A ladder (or tape to make a ladder), house hold items, and some open space cover the majority of the program.

Yes. Every exercise is age-appropriate with full video coaching on proper form. The program is designed to build foundational strength and movement patterns — not heavy lifting. Jeff has trained thousands of young athletes safely.
The app and video coaching make it simple enough for most kids to follow independently. That said, parental involvement — especially for younger athletes — helps with consistency and motivation. Jeff is also available via DM for any questions.
The Elite program is gym-based and designed for competitive athletes ready for higher-intensity training. This youth program is at-home, age-appropriate, and focused on building the foundational habits and movement quality that prepare younger athletes for that next level.
